How it works

How SignageFlow works from upload to playback

SignageFlow connects your media library, playlists, schedules and Android players in one workflow so you can update digital screens without visiting every location.

1. Upload and organize your media

Add images and videos to a centralized media library and keep reusable content organized for future publications.

  • Image and video library
  • Reusable media assets
  • Content prepared for playlists
  • Centralized management from the web panel

2. Create playlists and schedules

Combine media into playlists and decide when each publication should appear according to the day, time, screen or group.

  • Basic and scheduled playlists
  • Day and time programming
  • Screen groups
  • Different content by location

3. Pair the Android player

Install SignageFlow Player on a compatible Android or Android TV device and pair it with your account using the code generated by the administration panel.

  • Android and Android TV support
  • Pairing code
  • Remote screen assignment
  • Device status in the panel

4. Publish and keep playing offline

Send the selected playlist to one screen or a group. After downloading the assigned content, the player can continue reproducing it during temporary Internet interruptions.

  • Remote publication
  • Publishing by group
  • Online and offline status
  • Local playback of downloaded content

Frequently asked questions
